UniCredit Has Closed Branches, Cut Staff in Romania, ZF Reports

UniCredit Tiriac Bank SA, the Romanian unit of Italy’s UniCredit SpA (UCG), closed 37 branches and cut staff in the first half of the year, Ziarul Financiar reported, without saying where it got the information.

UniCredit Tiriac cut 130 jobs, reducing the workforce to 2,852 in the remaining 208 branches, the newspaper said.
