Levitt Says SEC Figuring Out High Frequency Trading (Audio)

Arthur Levitt, former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman, says it is "a good idea" for the SEC to go directly to the high frequency trading industry to formulate sensible regulation. Levitt talks with Bloomberg's Tom Keene on Bloomberg Radio's "Bloomberg Surveillance." The are joined by Joshua Shapiro of MFR.
