Leeds Rhinos Beats Warrington in Super League Rugby Grand Final

The Leeds Rhinos beat the Warrington Wolves 26-18 in rugby league’s Super League Grand Final, claiming their record sixth title in nine seasons.

Captain Kevin Sinfield scored a try and kicked five goals to lead the Rhinos. Carl Ablett, Ryan Hall and Ben Jones-Bishop also touched down for Leeds at Old Trafford in Manchester.

Ryan Atkins, Paul Wood, Richie Myler and Joel Monaghan scored tries for Warrington, which was playing its first Grand Final, while Brett Hodgson kicked three goals.

Ablett touched down in the 58th minute, with Sinfield converting, to give Leeds a 20-18 lead. Hall then scored a try in the 71st minute, with Sinfield once again converting, to clinch the title.
