OAO Rosneft, Russia’s largest oil producer, will close the second round of a tender today to sell two 100,000 metric-ton cargoes of East Siberia-Pacific Ocean oil known as ESPO, three people who participate in the market said.
The shipments are loading Nov. 16 to Nov. 20 and Nov. 20 to Nov. 23. The offer was originally scheduled to close yesterday. It has been extended to a second round of bidding, according to the people, asking not to identified because they aren’t authorized to speak to the media.
