European Carbon Permits Advance for First Time in Four Days

European Union carbon permits rose for the first time in four days.

EU allowances for December advanced as much as 4.7 percent, or 36 cents, to 7.95 euros a metric ton on the ICE Futures Europe exchange in London and were at 7.92 euros as of 2:16 p.m. local time.
