Integrys Energy to Buy Fox Energy for $440 Million

Integrys Energy Group agreed to buy Fox Energy Co. LLC for $440 million.

The purchase price includes $390 million for Fox Energy Center, a 593-megawatt combined cycle generating facility in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, and $50 million for terminating an existing tolling agreement, according to a statement from Integrys today.
