Brazil Used Just 10% of Government Purchases Fund, Folha Says

Brazil President Dilma Rousseff’s administration used only 10 percent of the 6.8 billion reais ($3.4 billion) set aside for what was considered emergency acquisitions in the three months since the announcement of a government purchases plan to stimulate industries such as capital goods, Folha de S.Paulo newspaper reported.
