Petrol of Slovenia Sells 46 Million Euro in Commercial Paper

Petrol Group d.d., Slovenia’s biggest energy company, raised 45.8 million euros ($59 million) from the second sale of six-month commercial paper this year.
Interest paid on the debt is at 3.8 percent compared with 4.1 percent when it sold 50 million euros of commercial paper in March, the Ljubljana-based company said in a regulatory filing today. Nova Ljubljanska Banka d.d. managed the sale.
