ChelPipe Surges 30%, Most in 3 Years, on Deal Announcement

ChelPipe surged the most in more than three years as the Russian pipemaker announced a deal involving company property worth more than 50% of the value of its assets. * ChelPipe, controlled by Andrey Komarov, surged 30%, the most since May 28, 2009, and closed at 38.09 rubles in Moscow.
