Agrokor Expects Revenue to Rise 5% to 4 Billion Euros in 2012
Agrokor d.d., Croatia’s largest company, expects revenue to rise 5 percent to 4 billion euros ($5.18 billion) this year.
Agrokor, which owns Croatian retailer Konzum d.d. and ice- cream maker Ledo d.d., sees about 800 million euro sales in neighboring Serbia where it owns supermarket chain Idea d.d., Ante Todrodic, Agrokor’s executive vice-president for retail, said in Belgrade today.
He declined to comment on reports that Agrokor may renew its bid for Mercator Poslovni Sistem d.d. to expand retail operations in the Balkans after Delhaize Group SA (DELB)’s takeover of Delta Maxi in Serbia.
