Treasuries Erase Decline, Leaving 10-Year Yield at 1.80 Percent

Treasuries erased a decline, leaving the yield on the 10-year security little changed at 1.80 percent at 9:57 a.m. London time. Earlier, the rate climbed two basis points to 1.83 percent.
