Saudis Invest $11 Billion in Agriculture Abroad, Al-Watan Says

Saudi Arabia has invested more than 40 billion riyals ($11 billion) to expand agricultural and livestock production outside the kingdom, al-Watan reported, citing Eid al-Ma’arik, chairman of the agricultural investment committee at the Saudi Council of Chambers.
Most of the investments were made in the Ukraine, Brazil, Argentina and Canada, the newspaper said.
