JPMorgan Names Sivitilli Asia Ex-Japan M&A Head, Memo Says

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) appointed Rob Sivitilli, head of mergers and acquisitions for Asia outside of Japan, according to an internal memo obtained by Bloomberg News.

The bank also hired Lian Lian from Citigroup Inc. as co- head of north Asia mergers advisory, according to the document. Marie Cheung, a Hong Kong-based spokeswoman at the firm, confirmed the contents of the memo.

Sivitilli will remain in his role as head of corporate finance and mergers advisory for Southeast Asia. Lian Lian, who worked for Citigroup for six years, will be based in Hong Kong and work alongside Sanjeev Malkani in her new role, according to the memo.
