Vietnam’s PV Oil Said to Buy 600,000 Barrels of Champion Crude

PV Oil Corp., Vietnam’s state-run oil-marketing company, bought 600,000 barrels of Brunei’s Champion crude for delivery to its Dung Quat refinery from mid- October to mid-November, according to two people who participate in the market, asking not to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak to the media.

The Vietnamese company bought the cargo from BP Plc, one of the people said.
