IRPC Pcl (IRPC), an oil refiner and petrochemical maker based in Thailand, is seeking to buy between 600,000 and 1 million barrels of low-sulfur, or sweet, crude for delivery during early November to its 215,000 barrel-a-day plant in Rayong province, according to three people who participate in the market, asking not to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak to the media.

The tender closes today at noon, Bangkok time, with validity until 6 p.m. tomorrow.
