Syria Seen by SovEcon as Buying 50,000 Tons of Black Sea Wheat

Syria bought 50,000 metric tons of Russian or Ukrainian wheat at 286 euros ($376) a ton on a cost and freight basis, the Moscow-based researcher SovEcon said.

Syria plans to purchase 100,000 tons of wheat in a tender next week, SovEcon said.
