Mangalore Refinery, ONGC to Sell Oil-product for October

India’s Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd. (MRPL) and Oil & Natural Gas Corp. offered to sell naphtha, gasoil, jet kerosene, and mixed xylene for loading in October from New Mangalore and Hazira, according to a tender document e-mailed yesterday to potential buyers. ONGC owns 72 percent of Mangalore refinery.
