Treasuries Extend Decline; 10-Year Note Yield Rises to 1.73%

Treasury 10-year notes extended a decline after Germany’s Constitutional Court ratified Europe’s permanent bailout fund, with conditions.

The U.S. 10-year yield rose three basis points, or 0.03 percentage point, to 1.73 percent as of 9:23 a.m. London time.
