Oil Gains After German Court Allows For ESM Ratification
Oil extended gains after Germany’s top constitutional court cleared the way for ratification of the European Stability Mechanism. Crude rose as much as 0.7 percent to $97.82 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
