Northeastern University Gets $60 Million Donation

Northeastern University will rename its college of business after two alumni who are donating $60 million, the largest gift in the school’s history.
The funding is from Richard D’Amore, a co??-founder of the venture capital firm North Bridge Venture Partners LP and Alan McKim, founder and chief executive officer of Clean Harbors Inc., a provider of environmental, energy and industrial services, the Boston-based university said in a statement on its website.
Northeastern’s College of Business Administration will become the D’Amore-McKim School of Business.
