German Bunds Extend Decline as Draghi Says ECB Has Bond Plan

German government bonds extended their decline after European Central Bank President Mario Draghi said the central bank had decided on the modalities of its bond- purchase program.

Ten-year bund yields advanced seven basis points to 1.55 percent at 1:33 p.m. London time.
