Rusal Will Borrow $800 Million to Refinance Debt, Vedomosti Says

United Co. Rusal, a Russian aluminum producer, plans to borrow $800 million to help refinance debt due next year, Vedomosti reported, citing unidentified people close to the company and one of the lenders involved in the talks.

In total, Rusal will have to repay $1.3 billion of debt next year, the newspaper said.
