Barclays Hires Sha Luo From CRU as Cross-Commodities Analyst

Barclays Plc said it hired Sha Luo from CRU Strategies as a London-based cross-commodities analyst with an additional focus on commodity investing and quantitative analysis.

Luo started last week and works on the research team, led by London-based Paul Horsnell, spokeswoman Aurelie Leonard said in an e-mail today. Luo joined Barclays from CRU, where she was a cross-commodities consultant.

The bank said yesterday it hired Sijin Cheng as a commodities analyst in Singapore. Cheng started working on Horsnell’s team last month, spokesman Darrell Wright said.
