India’s ONGC Offers Naphtha for Loading From Hazira in September

Oil & Natural Gas Corp. (ONGC), India’s largest state-owned oil explorer, offered to sell a naphtha cargo for loading in September, according to a notice sent to potential buyers.
Details of the offer are as follow:
