India’s ONGC Offers Naphtha for Loading From Hazira in September

Oil & Natural Gas Corp. (ONGC), India’s largest state-owned oil explorer, offered to sell a naphtha cargo for loading in September, according to a notice sent to potential buyers.

Details of the offer are as follow:

Quantity:      35,000 metric tons
Loading:       Sept. 23 to Sept. 24
Port:          Hazira, India’s west coast
Bids due:      Aug. 31, 9:30 a.m. local time
Bids validity: Aug. 31, 7:30 p.m. local time
