Germany’s DIHK Calls for China Barrier Talks, Passauer Reports

Germany’s DIHK chambers of industry and commerce has called on Angela Merkel to push for a reduction in trade barriers with China when visiting the country, Passauer Neue Presse reported, citing an interview with Hans Heinrich Driftmann, president of the association.

German companies are often confronted with Chinese competitors that have advantages because they get very cheap domestic financing, Passauer reported, citing Driftmann.
