Washington Post’s Slate Website Names Matt Turck as Publisher

Slate, the Internet-only magazine owned by Washington Post Co. (WPO), promoted advertising executive Matt Turck to the role of publisher.
Turck will start the job on Sept. 10, replacing John Alderman, who is taking another position within the parent company, Slate said today in a statement.
