Isaac May Reach Hurricane Strength Late Today Or Tomorrow

Tropical Storm Isaac’s top sustained winds rose to 70 miles (113 kilometers) per hour and the system may become a hurricane late today or early tomorrow, the National Hurricane Center said shortly before 5 p.m. East Coast time.
