TNK-BP Says Ex-Manager Took $13 Million Bribe, Kommersant Says

TNK-BP, the Russian oil venture of BP Plc (BP/), said a former logistics manager took $13 million in bribes from companies he awarded transport contracts to, Kommersant reported, citing a court claim by TNK-BP.

TNK-BP is seeking to freeze the assets in the U.S. held by the manager, who filed his own claim against TNK-BP in a London court last, the Moscow-based newspaper said today.
