Irish 9-Year Bond Yield Drops Below 6%; 1st Time Since Oct. 2010

Irish nine-year bonds advanced, pushing the yield on the securities below 6 percent for the first time in 22 months.
The rate dropped four basis points to 5.995 percent as of 8:02 a.m. London time, the lowest since Oct. 19, 2010.
