Crude Oil Narrows Decline in New York, Heads for Weekly Gain

Crude oil pared its decline on the New York Mercantile Exchange, where the September contract was down 2 cents at $95.58 a barrel at 1:24 p.m. London time after falling as low as $94.98. The price is up 2.9 percent this week.
