French Constitutional Court Says Wealth Tax Rise Must Be Interim

France’s one-time rise in its wealth tax must remain temporary because it isn’t capped, the country’s constitutional court said on Aug. 9.
The country’s parliament approved the increase last month as part of a supplemental budget.
