Czech Republic’s Grain Harvest Expected to Fall 21% This Year

The Czech Republic’s grain harvest may fall 20.7 percent this year to 5.7 million tons, the Prague- based Czech Statistical Office said in its harvest forecast published on its website today.

The grain harvest totaled 7.2 million tons in 2011, according to the Statistics Office data.
