Prelios May Need 150 Million-Euro Capital Boost, Repubblica Says

Prelios SpA (PRS) may need to raise as much as 150 million euros ($184 million) in capital after writedowns that will lead to a loss of about 120 million euros for the first half, la Repubblica reported, without saying how it obtained the information.

Fortress Investment Group LLC (FIG) and Massimo Caputi are considering separate bids for Prelios and may make formal offers next month, according to the daily newspaper.
