U.S. Wins Fifth Straight Olympic Women’s Basketball Title

The U.S. defeated France 86-50 to win its fifth straight Olympic women’s basketball title.

The Americans outscored the silver medalists 26-12 in the third quarter to pull away. Candace Parker had 21 points to lead the U.S.
