Brazil’s Cremer Says Tarpon Holds 42.5% of Its Common Shares

Cremer SA (CREM3), a Brazilian medical- supplies maker, said Tarpon Investimentos SA (TRPN3) holds 13.9 million of its common shares, or 42.5 percent of the total capital, according to a regulatory filing yesterday.
