Argentina’s YPF Says It’s Refining Oil at Record-High Levels

YPF SA (YPFD), Argentina’s largest oil company, is refining at a record 56.063 cubic meters a day, the company said in an e-mailed statement today.
The company’s La Plata, Lujan de Cuyo and Plaza Huincul refineries surpassed a previous record of 55.593 cubic meters a day set two years ago, the statement said. Speaking yesterday from La Plata, YPF Chief Executive Officer Miguel Galuccio said the company had reached full output capacity.
