Romanian Tarom Names Georgescu as CEO, Ziarul Financiar Says

Tarom SA, Romania’s national air carrier, appointed Sorin Georgescu as chief executive officer, replacing Gabriela Bordea, who headed the company since April 2011, Ziarul Financiar reported, citing unidentified market people.
Romania plans to sell a 20 percent stake in Tarom on the Bucharest Stock Exchange as pledged to the International Monetary Fund and the European Union.
