PPF Group May Sell Nomos Bank to FK Otkrytie, Kommersant Says

OOO FK Otkrytie may acquire 19.9 percent of Nomos Bank (NMOS) for 12.8 billion rubles ($406 million), Kommersant newspaper reported, citing unidentified persons with knowledge of the plan.

PPF Group NV plans to sell a 26.5 stake in the Moscow-based bank, and Russian billionaires Alexander Mamut and Oleg Malis may buy rest of the Nomos’ shares from PPF, newspaper said.
