Manchester United Said to Raise $233 Mln Pricing IPO Below Range
Manchester United Plc priced 16.7 million shares at $14 each in its U.S. initial public offering, below the marketed price range, said a person with knowledge of the information.
The person asked not to be named because the pricing details haven’t been made public. The English soccer club and Glazer family had offered 16.7 million shares for $16 to $20 each.
