Kuwait Has $47 Billion Preliminary Budget Surplus, Al-Shall Says
Kuwait posted a record budget surplus of 13.23 billion dinars ($47 billion) in the fiscal year that ended March 31, Al-Shall Economic Consultants reported, citing preliminary data from the Finance Ministry.
Revenue was 30.24 billion dinars, including oil revenue of 28.57 billion dinars, while spending was 17.01 billion dinars, Al-Shall said.
