Spain may cut subsidies for renewable energy plants at the weekly cabinet meeting in Madrid today, Cinco Dias said, citing industry rumors.
Energy and Industry Minister Jose Manuel Soria said this week he may reduce aid after his plan to impose taxes on the generators failed to win the support of the rest of the government, the newspaper said.
