Treasury 10-Year Note Extends Drop to Yield 1.54% in New York

Treasury 10-year notes extended a loss after the European Central Bank refrained from cutting interest rates. The Benchmark note yield rose two basis points, or 0.02 percentage point, to 1.54 percent in New York.
