Sailors’ Union Protest Causes Delays in Argentine Oil Shipments

Argentina tug boat crews are working minimum hours in a form of protest that is causing delays mainly to oil shipments, Guillermo Wade, an official at the port exporters chamber, said in a phone interview from Rosario’s port tonight.
