Saigon Petroleum Seeks to Buy Diesel for Delivery in September

Saigon Petroleum Co. is seeking to buy a cargo of gasoil, or diesel, for September delivery, according to an e-mail to potential suppliers.

Details of the tender are as follows:

Product:    Gasoil with 0.25 percent sulfur
Quantity:   10,000 metric tons
Dates:      C&F Cat Lai for Sept. 20 to Sept. 24, or
            FOB Southeast Asia, China or Taiwan for
            Sept. 16 to Sept. 20
Offers due: Aug. 6, 10 a.m. local time
Validity:   Aug. 6, 5 p.m. local time
