Catalonia, Andalucia Leaders Boycott Meeting, El Pais Reports

Leaders of the Spanish regions of Catalonia and Andalucia refused to attend a meeting with Budget Minister Cristobal Montoro in Madrid yesterday, El Pais reported, without citing anyone.

Regional leaders were meant to meet with Montoro to discuss deficit and debt targets for 2013, the newspaper said.
