Fifteen Dead in India Train Fire; 25 Injured, Official Says

The death toll in a passenger train fire in southern India rose to at least 15, with 25 injured, Indian Railway Spokesman Anil Saxena said.
One coach of the Tamil Nadu Express caught fire while passing through the state of Andhra Pradesh, he said.
