Japan Minister Expresses Condolences Over Russia Flood, RIA Says

Japan’s Foreign Minister Koichiro Gemba expressed his condolences to his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, over the deaths of people during the July 7 flooding in the southern Russian town Krymsk, RIA Novosti reported, citing Gemba.
Lavrov and Gemba met in Sochi today.
