CPC Said to Sell Low-Sulfur Fuel Oil to Trafigura for August

CPC Corp., Taiwan’s state oil refiner, sold a cargo of low-sulfur fuel-oil for August loading to Trafigura Beheer BV, according to five people with knowledge of the transaction who asked not to be identified because the information is confidential.

Trafigura paid a premium of about $65 to $72 a metric ton over Singapore prices, said three of the people.

Details of the cargo are as follow:
