Swiss Stocks Reverse Gains; SMI Index Little Changed

July 24 (Bloomberg) --Switzerland’s benchmark stock index, the Swiss Market Index, reversed earlier gains, falling 0.1 percent at 9:53 a.m.
The index of 20 stocks traded on the Electronic Bourse System dropped 4.61 to 6,175.83.
Declines in the Swiss Market Index were led by banks and insurance companies.
