Siemens Chairman Considering Resignation, Sueddeutsche Reports
Siemens Supervisory Board Chairman Gerhard Cromme is considering resigning his position, Sueddeutsche Zeitung reported, citing unidentified members of the board in a preview of an article to appear today.
The board is discussing several possibilities, the newspaper said. Cromme may take over as head of the Krupp Foundation, replacing Berthold Beitz, SZ added.
